New product version Time IV (2013), previously billed in the Market as Time III.

The indicator shows the schedule of the world exchanges in a separate window in a visual mode.

The indicator is based on the TIME II indicator (VBO), which was rewritten from scratch in MQL5.
The Time IV version is an indicator of a qualitatively new level.
Compared to Time III, resource consumption is reduced many times and
improved code quality.

The indicator works on periods from H1 and below.
