The Daily pivots indicator calculates and displays daily pivot levels on MT4 charts. The indicator allows the trader to adjust the calculation window so that the pivots can be synchronized with the market in which the trader is active. So, traders who want to trade at the opening of the London open or the US open session can configure the pivot system calculation basis so that the pivots on their charts are the same as those of most market participants.

All pivot systems on FX AlgoTrader use HOURLY data for their pivot calculations… this means that you can set up your pivot calculation window with an accuracy of up to an hour!!… This also means that you can set highly accurate pivot levels that will be accurate almost to the pip with the levels published by leading authorities such as Mataf.

• Shift for Calculation Start Time: Integer values representing the clock-can be positive or negative-positive values slow down the calculation basis
• Shift for Calculation End Time: Integer values representing hours-can be either positive or negative-positive values slow down the calculation basis
• Enable Alert on R3-S3 (13 levels): If set to ‘true’ then the system will monitor the price movement and warn the trader if it approaches the specified range of the active pivot level, which is defined by the Pivot Trigger Threshold parameter
• Pivot Trigger Threshold: Defines the active channel for triggering alerts around any pivot levels that have alerts enabled – an integer value in pips.
• Send Email Alerts: If set to ‘true’, the system will send email notifications to the specified address
• Alert Sound: Allows the trader to select any wav file from the Sounds folder in MT4
• Max number of Alerts: Sets the maximum number of allowed alerts during a given alert cycle.
• Show Intermediate ‘M’ Levels: If set to true, it displays the M levels
• R3-S3 Colour: Sets the color for each pivot level.
• Line Style: Sets the line style for pivot levels – Solid, Dash, Dot, etc.
• Ray: If ‘true’ is specified, it expands the pivot levels ‘into the future’
• Pivot Label Shift (periods): Allows the trader to shift the pivot level to the right or left for a period of X-values can be positive or negative
• M1-MN1 Line Lengths: Allows the trader to specify the line length for each chart period
• Show Pivot Calculation Data Window: If ‘true’ is specified, the calculation data window will be shown on the graph
• Calculation Data X Position: Sets the x coordinates for the data window
• Calculation Data Y Position: Sets the y coordinates for the data window
• Calculation Data Color: Sets the color of the data window
• Calc Data Font Size: Sets the font size of the data window
• Vis_M1_Chart-Vis_MN1_Chart: Allows the trader to determine whether pivots will be displayed on certain chart periods.
• Show Calculation Points: If set to ‘true’, the start and end points of the calculation window will be displayed on the graph as points
• Calculation Point Colour: Defines the color of the point in the calculation window
• Show Yesterday’s High/Low: If set to ‘true’, yesterday’s highs and lows will be displayed
• Yesterday’s High/Low Colour: Sets the color of yesterday’s highs and lows
• Yesterday’s High Text: Sets the text shown for yesterday’s high level
• Yesterday’s Low Text: Sets the text shown for yesterday’s low level
