The Edge trading algorithm determines the levels from which the price starts and opens a position. If the price breaks through the level and
goes against the open position, the position volume will be increased, and the closing will occur at the nearest price pullback in the presence of the
corresponding signal. With the help of external program parameters, you can fine-tune the control of the algorithm.

- The algorithm works on Forex accounts such as Hedge and Netting. We recommend selecting the parameters for each account type separately.
- It is possible to trade and optimize the parameters in the tester simultaneously on several symbols.
- The Expert Advisor has a control panel for emergency closing of all open positions or only for the specified symbols.
- In the control panel, you can specify in which direction to open trades for all symbols at once or only for the marked ones.
- In the graphical interface of the Expert Advisor, there are tables with statistical indicators of the result of the last test of the Expert Advisor and
the parameters with which this result was obtained, as well as a table with statistical indicators of the current result of the account.
To achieve sustainable results, it is recommended to optimize for as long a period of time as possible and on multiple platforms.

- Symbols – symbols for comma-separated trading. If empty, only the current chart symbol will be displayed.
- Start hour – the hour from which trading starts.
- End hour – the hour at which the trade ends.
- Trade weekdays – trading days of the week.
- Period – the period of the indicator.
- Signal level – the signal level of the indicator.
- ATR period – the period of the ATR indicator.
- TP ATR coefficient 1-take profit is calculated from the ATR indicator by the coefficient.
- TP reduction factor 1-after each averaging, this coefficient is used for take profit.
- TP reduction factor 2-after reaching the averaging limit in the next parameter, this coefficient is used for
take profit. - TP increase limit – the limit of averaging.
- TP average price limit (only hedge) – after how many averagings, the take profit starts to be calculated from
prices of the last trade (only for hedge accounts). - Stop loss points – limitation of damages.
- Points increase coefficient – the first minimum range that you need to pass for averaging by the coefficient from
ATR. - Next points increase coefficient – each subsequent range for averaging is calculated so
the coefficient. - Bars increase – the minimum number of bars for the first averaging.
- Next bars increase coefficient – for each subsequent averaging, the number of bars is multiplied by this coefficient.
- Increase limit-limit for averaging.
- Close in parts-close the position with the specified number of parts.
- Close first trade after limit (only hedge) – close the first position in a number of averagings after achieving this
limit (only for hedge accounts). - Close last profit trade on opposite signal (only hedge) – close the last profitable position on the
opposite signal after reaching this limit (only for hedge accounts). - Close when leaving time range-close the position if you have left the specified time range (hours and days of the week).
- Start lot – the initial lot.
- Step lot – the step of the lot.
- Delta – the amount of profit, after which the initial lot will increase by the specified step.
- Custom max – a custom criterion for searching for parameters during optimization.
- Withdrawal-the parameter allows you to test the withdrawal mode of part of the funds after reaching the specified profit.
- Stop optimization pass by DD – during parameter optimization, the pass will be stopped if it is reached
the specified drawdown.
