Quantum Swing Index QSI

0.00

We analyzed all the indicators available in the market and did not find a sufficiently high-quality tool that can tell whether an asset is oversold or overbought. Years of research and market analysis were spent on creating a mathematical model called the Quantum Swing Index (QSI), which much more accurately displays the areas of excessive overbought or oversold markets. QSI is an overbought and oversold indicatordesigned to work in the Forex market. The RSI (Relative Strength Index) indicator is one of the most popular indicators used to assess the overbought market. The author of the RSI did not intend it as an overbought and oversold indicator, but many traders use it for such market analysis. As is clear from the chart below, the RSI gives some idea of the overbought or oversold state of the market, but does not remember where the market is, which leads to the fact that the RSI misses the actual tops (see figures). Compared to stochastic, which is also often used to find peaks and troughs, QSI gives a better idea of the overbought or oversold state. QSI is definitely one of the most accurate indicators for determining overbought and oversold markets. In addition, it can be argued that QSI accurately shows trend changes and helps swing traders determine the market entry zone (completion of correction points, see the last figure). This makes QSI a powerful and versatile indicator.
