“Bull-bear struggles continue to have an impact on the cost even after the struggle is over, while leaving a muddy field that attentive professionals can utilize to manage risks and find opportunities. Use the “tendency mirror” analysis to examine such volatile zones, searching for activities from the past that influenced the current trend, where the price reverses and crosses the boundaries.”
The RSI Mirrors and reflections indicator provides a reliable methodology using multiple RSI periods, as well as mirrors and reflections based on the RSI values to display the potency of price movements and reversals. Three down and up RSI reflections are calculated: the separation and divergence of the RSI reflections indicates a strong upcoming price movement (see screenshots), and the intersection of the long-term RSI of the short-term RSI lines is a confirmation of the trend. Mirrors (lines) above and below the plot can be used in combination with reflections (colored bars) and track the strength of price movements and their disappearance.
As shown in the screenshots, the RSI Mirrors and Reflections indicator can be used to identify strong price movements, track the trend, and prevent a premature exit that could be made when trading only on candles or using more limited indicators. In addition to self-use, this extremely flexible indicator can be used to complement trading strategies on any timeframes and symbols. It works perfectly in combination with the MACD and moving averages.
