The indicator allows you to determine the price’s departure from the trend line and return back.

The indicator helps:

  • Buy at swing-lows of the uptrend
  • Sell at swing-highs of a falling trend

The indicator draws three elements on the chart. Trend, extremes, and notification arrows.

The trend and extremes are equal to values from -100 to 100, depending on the indicators of the combination of indicators.

The values show how strong these two elements are.

The notification arrows are shown when Trend and Wave are opposite, indicating the possibility of trading.

Trend: drawn as a histogram. You can see the strength and direction of the trend.

  • Uptrend: green, positive values
  • Down trend: red, negative values

Extremes: shown with “x” characters. Shows how much the instrument is oversold/overbought

  • Oversold: green, negative values, a good opportunity to make a purchase, at this time it is not worth selling
  • Overbought: red color, positive values, a good opportunity to make a sale, at this time it is not worth buying

Arrow: drawn when the trend and the extreme are opposite, showing a good trading opportunity

  • Buy: Green up arrow
  • Sell: Red down arrow
