The strength of the trend is determined by the width of the line. A narrow line is the beginning or end of a trend. A wide line indicates a high trend strength. A sharp change in the width of the line indicates, with a high probability, the end of the trend.

Indicator Signals

Don’t mind buying it:

  • switching from the red line to the white line
  • the price was reflected from the white line of the indicator
  • the price is above the white line of the indicator

Don’t mind selling:

  • switching from a white line to a red one
  • the price was reflected from the red line of the indicator
  • the price is below the red line of the indicator

Trading is prohibited:

  • the white or red line is thin, the direction of movement is unclear

Recommendations for exiting the transaction:

  • when changing the line color
  • with a relatively strong narrowing of the line
  • the color of the line did not change, but the price crossed the indicator line

Description of the input data

  • Less opening trend-highlighting the trend at the opening price of the candle
  • Less closing trend-highlighting the trend at the closing price of the candle
  • Shift – offset of the chart relative to the last bar
