Envelopes are an excellent indicator for a trending market.

• Open a long position if the ClosePrice (closing price) has crossed the upper blue line.
• Close a long position if thePricehas crossed the upper yellow line from top to bottom.
• Open a short position if ClosePrice has crossed the lower blue line.
• Close a short position if Price has crossed the lower yellow line from the bottom up.
