The indicator works only with five-digit quotes.
It is impossible to talk about studying the Forex market and any market in general without taking into account statistics.
The “Price Statistics” indicator provides a new way to study charts, providing information about the price in the range of points that you want to study. For example, you can find out how many times the price closes or opens in the limit of 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 pips or more. In addition to the number of openings and closings, the indicator shows the identified relationships and turns the right side of the MetaTrader 5 window into a graphical panel, displaying this information instantly in a simple and convenient form.
The information is updated with each tick, but it can be additionally updated at any time after the indicator is launched on the chart by clicking the Refresh button.
You can select the number of candlesticks to analyze, as well as work with all available data.
This is a great tool for learning the right market.
If the price is too low, it will go up, so this is a good chance to take advantage of the situation.
- Applied Price – the price type used for calculations. Select “CLOSE” to count candles with a closing price in the range of X pips, “OPEN” – to count candles with an opening price in the range of X pips, “LOW” – how many times the minimum of the candle was in the range of X pips, etc.
- PIPS – the number of pips of the analysis interval (the width of each bar to the right). To work with a timeframe of more than 30 minutes, it is better to set a value of more than 20 pips.
- Candles_to_study – the number of candles to analyze. You can work with all candlesticks (specify a very large number), the last 500,1000,1500, or any other number.
