The Candle Patterns indicator displays popular candlestick patterns on the chart: inner bar, long shadows (Large Wick), absorption, marubosa, hammer, shooting star, three white soldiers and three black crows. The candles are painted in different colors. The found model is also displayed using the point and click function.

• Message box – when you click on the candle, the found model is displayed in a special block on the chart. All settings of the’ Message Box ‘ refer to the block.
• Show Inside Bars – if true, the internal bars are displayed.
• Show Large Wick-if true, candlesticks with large shadows are displayed.
• Wick percent for LW – the percentage value by which the shadow should exceed the body of the candle.
• Show Doji – if true, the doji is displayed.
• Body percent for D – the maximum length of the candle body (as a percentage of its total length).
• Show Engulfing Bars – if true, the engulfing bar is displayed.
• Show Marubozu – if true, the marubozu is displayed.
• Wick percent for M – maximum body length in percent.
• Show Hammer – if true, the hammer is displayed.
• Upper wick percent for SS – the minimum value of the height of the upper shadow (as a percentage of the body length).
• Lower wick percent for SS – the maximum value of the height of the lower shadow (as a percentage of the body length).
• Show Shooting Star – if true, a shooting star is displayed.
• Upper wick percent for H – the maximum value of the height of the upper shadow (as a percentage of the body length).
• Lower wick percent for H – the minimum value of the height of the lower shadow (as a percentage of the body length).
• Show Three White Soldiers – when true, three white soldiers are displayed.
• Body percent for 3WS and 3BC – minimum candle body length as a percentage of the average body length (for the “Three White Soldiers” and “Three Black Crows” patterns).
• Show Three Black Crows – if true, three black crows are displayed.
• Color Palette-select a color palette for a dark or light background.
• Colo (u)rs-color settings.

When you click on a colored candle, the model name is specified in the block. The block is displayed on the chart only if there are messages. After a while, the text in the block is deleted. If the block is empty, after a while it disappears from the chart itself.

Candle Patterns does not require much computing power.
