The Gann Box — or Gann Square) is a method of market analysis based on William Gann’s article “Mathematical formula for market predictions” (W. D. Gann
“Mathematical formula for market predictions”). This indicator can build three models of Squares: 90, 52(104), 144. Six
grid options and two arc options. You can plot multiple squares on the same graph at the same time.

  • Square — select the square model:
  • 90-square 90 (or square nine);
  • 52 (104) – square 52 (or 104);
  • 144-universal square 144;
  • 144 (full) — the “full” version of the square, combined lines from other squares. As far as Gann is known, there is no such square
    it was;
  • for Arcs-simplified square for Arcs;
  • Grid-grid options:
    • 4×4 (52) — grid 4 by 4, layout 52;
    • 5×5 (40) — grid 5 by 5, layout 40;
    • 8×8 (90) — grid 8 by 8, layout 90;
    • 8×8 (104) — grid 8 by 8, layout 104;
    • 8×8 (144) — grid 8 by 8, layout 144;
    • 16×16 (144) — grid 16 by 16, layout 144;
    • 36×36 (144) — grid 36 by 36, layout 144;
    • disable-disable the grid;
  • Arcs-variants of Arcs:
    • 4×4-4-by-4 layout;
    • 5×5-5 by 5 layout;
    • disable — do not use arcs;
  • Length of Square, Bars (X-axis) — the length of the square in bars;
  • Height of Square, Points (Y-axis) — the height of the square in points;
  • Build at the start — building a square at the start:
    • in the center of the chart — in the center of the chart;
    • at the specified time — at the specified time;
    • to use the previous-use the previous square (if there is one on the chart);
  • Freeze the size of the box-fix the scale of the box;
  • Leave the square on the chart — leave the square on the chart after the indicator is removed;

  • Direction of Square — build direction, up or down;
  • Time of the bar to start building the Square — time of the bar to start building the box;
  • Upper price for build the Square (if the Height is zero) — the upper price of the box, if the “Square height” parameter is zero, then the square
    built at these prices;
  • Lower price for build the Square (if the Height is zero) — the lower price of the box, if the “Square height” parameter is zero, then the square
    built at these prices;
  • Prefix — change for several boxes) – the prefix of the box objects, you need to change it if you use several squares at the same time;
  • Color 1 on a white background — color of line 1 on a white background;
  • Color 1 on a black background — color of line 1 on a black background;
