the indicator was created by a former employee of a hedge fund. It automatically detects the most likely pin bars.
The particulars and trading procedure are presented in our brief videos.
- Simultaneous observation of 28 pairs.
- tracking of all timeframes – from M1 into MN.
- Real-time alerts when a strong pin bar is discovered.
- The RSI is used as a trend filter to correctly identify potential trend reversals.
- RSI phase: the filter configurations of RSI
- RSI Up amount: The overbought level for the RSI filter. The pin bar must be formed above this level to be considered valid.
- RSI Down Level: The oversold level for the RSI filter. The pin bar must be formed below this level to be considered valid.
- Pinbar Percent: The maximum allowed body-to-length ratio. The lower the percentage value, the smaller the candle body.
For example:
- With a value of 5, the body of the candle can be a maximum of 5% (1/20)of the entire candle.
- At a value of 10, the body of the candle can be a maximum of 10% (1/10)of the entire candle.
- At a value of 25, the body of the candle can be a maximum of 25% (1/4)of the entire candle.
The lower the value, the more pronounced the pin bar should be.
