Reverse Hunter (Reversal Hunter) is a new leading oscillator. It tracks small changes in price and volume volatility using the second derivative, which ensures the accuracy of the predicted trend reversals.

Despite the fact that Reverse Hunter shows the best results when using reliable volume data, it provides a special option for using “synthetic” volume (only OHLC data is used). This allows you to optimize the work with poor or missing data in terms of volumes.

The oscillator is constructed in the form of a two-color line, which makes it easy to observe trend changes.

Description of input parameters:

• IndPeriod – the number of analyzed bars.
• Average – the period of settling.
• Volumes – use tick volumes (the false value switches to the “synthetic” volumes mode).
• Merthod is an averaging method: 1 – simple, 2 – exponential, 3 – linearly weighted, 4 – smoothed, 5 – JMA.
