Warden’s RSI. MACD is an innovative indicator for MetaTrader 4 that uses a universal algorithm designed to determine the divergences of the RSI, MACD and Stochastic. This indicator analyzes a certain number of bars in the history and draws lines when it detects normal or hidden divergences. The shorter the history period, the faster the indicator. A divergence line is drawn on the chart when the divergence of the RSI between points A and B is further confirmed by the divergences of the MACD and Stochastic between the same points on the chart.
The indicator draws divergence lines only within the specified number of history bars. Divergences outside the analyzed period are not shown on the chart. The indicator can find normal and hidden divergences. The indicator more accurately detects the usual divergences.
A large number of tests were conducted to improve the effectiveness of the indicator. To find the best values of the input parameters for each timeframe and currency pair, a trading robot was developed. Intensive testing was conducted with optimization on high-performance AWS computing machines. The trading robot showed excellent results on EURUSD M5 for the period from April 1, 2017 to May 15, 2017. Please see the screenshots. It is assumed that the trading robot provides trading signals as an independent product.

Before buying the indicator, it is recommended to test it. You should also conduct separate tests for the selected currency pair on each timeframe.
- Ordinary and hidden divergences.
- High signal accuracy if the correct input parameter values are applied.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different trading conditions.
- The indicator does not wait for a confirmation bar before giving a signal. Trading decisions for each trading signal should be made individually.
- Lines for the specified number of bars are drawn both on the chart and in the indicator window. To display the lines correctly, the indicators on the chart must have the same settings as the RSI.MACD Warden.
- Enable / disable the MACD and Stochastic filters. The signal is triggered when the divergence of the RSI is confirmed by the corresponding divergences of the MACD and / or Stochastic.
- Built-in filters reduce the number of false signals. Fine-tuning the filters will allow you to set a specific pattern with a high probability of winning trades.
- Notifications to your mobile device, via email, and in the terminal. This feature is useful if you use a VPS server and want to receive signals around the clock on your mobile phone.
- The indicator works with almost all trading instruments.
Please note that to achieve higher signal accuracy, the parameter settings may differ depending on the timeframe and currency pair.
To fine-tune the indicator separately for each timeframe and currency pair, you need a good understanding of the RSI, MACD and Stochastic indicators.
- Lookback bars – the number of bars to the left of the current bar to search for divergences
- RSI-RSI settings
- MACD-MACD Settings
- Stochastics-Stochastic Settings
- Filter parameters for fine-tuning the indicator and obtaining high-precision signals.
- 1 point = 1/10 pips for the pair.
Your feedback will be very helpful to improve the performance of the indicator. We are already working on further updates.
