Integrated Moving Average

0.00

An indispensable tool for a trader. This is the world’s first analyzer built by the radiation method [1, 2]. It is so simple and reliable that it is intuitive even for a novice investor. In addition, the radiation method allows you to predict the trajectory of a possible price movement! Your trading in the financial markets will become more meaningful, and the risks will be reduced by an order of magnitude.

How to use it

  • The polyline of the Moving Average Forecast LMAF (Line Moving Average Forecast) suggests the nature of price changes in the future (Fig. 1);
  • If the LMAF line is directed down, we sell when the current price deviates from the IMA integral moving average line up (Fig. 3);
  • If the LMAF line is directed upwards, we buy when the current price deviates from the IMA integral moving average line downwards (Fig. 4);
  • If the integrated Emission points of the IEP (Integrated Emission Point) are mostly grouped below the moving average of the IMA, then it is wiser to only sell. And if the opposite is true, then buy;
  • If the price gap from the integral moving average remains at the same level, then a very strong correction should be expected (Fig. 5).

Input parameters

  • Drawing integral characteristics in the past [in bars] – displays integral characteristics in the past (to the left of the current bar), default = 500;
  • Drawing integral characteristics in the future [in bars] – displays integral characteristics in the future (to the right of the current bar), default = 500;
  • Averaging period for calculation of the integral curves – the averaging period for calculating integral curves (LMAF), default = 21;
  • Visibility emission-display the source radiation points or not: yes (true), no (false);
  • Visibility LMAF-display the LMAF line or not: yes (true), no (false).

Matrix of input values for calculating integral characteristics

When you first run the analyzer, a file “ima.csv” is created, which is located in the Files folder. This
matrix of input values of moving average averaging periods,
involved in the calculation of the integral characteristics of the radiation. By
default, 300 iMA indicators are used with averaging periods from 1 to 300 in increments of 1. This file can be
edit and create your own set of moving averages. In the sequel,
it is this matrix that will be used in the calculations.

Description of the graphical elements of the analyzer

  • Integrated Moving Average (IMA) Line) it is formed from points and is not redrawn. In this case, the very first point on the right coincides with the end node of the LMAF (Line Moving Average Forecast) polyline.
  • The Integrated Emission Points (IEP) to the right of the current bar, which are used to calculate the forecast line, move vertically in search of the “equilibrium point”. To the left of the current bar, the integral radiation points are fixed and are no longer redrawn.
  • The number of nodes of the LMAF forecast line can be changed using the Average variable in the range from 1 to a value equal to Future/3. The higher the Average value, the smoother the forecast line.

Recommendations

  • It is best to use the analyzer on lower timestamps;
  • Watch the analyzer and develop your trading strategy.
