The BB ANALYTICS RSI indicator uses the Bollinger Bands as threshold levels for the OnChart RSI parametric line. Since the Bollinger bands and the RSI search for the same signals (overbought/oversold states), this hybrid indicator allows you to calculate the most appropriate time to enter the market based on the Bollinger Bands, the RSI indicator, as well as taking into account volatility.

The acceptable risk level is recommended to be set at 1%. This means that approximately 30% of the price must be outside of the Bollinger Bands for a set time (20). Using the Onchart RSI line with a period of 4 will help you open positions at the right time when prices are outside the Bollinger bands.
